The infamous "blizzard" of aught 10 swept in today with a gusto, dropping an unbelievable several inches of snow within hours! Everything in NYC shut down last night until further notice, in mere anticipation of this unlivable amount of white stuff. Being the seasoned Utahns that we are, first, we laughed. Then, we laughed more heartily. Then, we put on our boots and went out to play...

how fun! did you go over to the courtyard at new res? i thought the whole "blizzard" idea was a little ridiculous myself, although we did have some good snow and wind today, i would not call it a blizzard. hopefully tomorrow we can still go have fun in the snow!
That's my girl! I thought you guys would go out in shorts though, true Utahn style! Way to make the best of it! Love you guys. Let me know if you need survival supplies shipped to you. Oh, wait, the postal worker would be staying home drinking hot chocolate, so never mind. :)
We got 2 feet of snow in Oly last year and we loved it! Snow is so-o-o fun! And, I'm kind of glad that it is so scary to a lot of people because then you can stay home and play in it! Even if you wanted to go somewhere, it wouldn't be open!
